Biomass as a bio resource is a very environmentally friendly choice. Bio resources are renewable and as good as CO2-neutral. The collected wood can in many cases, with or without intermediate processing, be used as a resource in the chipboard industry. As such, we give biomass a second life, so that the industry has to cut down fewer trees. Bio resources are supplied as fresh wood, but also as grade A, B and C wood in various fractions.
Waste wood can mainly be used to produce chipboard and blockboard (sometimes MDF). A-wood can be used without restrictions. B-wood is sometimes used; it can only be used if the paint, varnish, and other layers are removed first.
