Leaf Mulch is made of 100% leaves and composted on rills. Because of the temperature reached during the composting, possible weed seeds lose their ability to sprout. A large advantage of Leaf Mulch is that it stimulates a diverse soil life by which deficiencies are reduced and protection against illnesses and funguses is provided. By applying the product as a mulch layer, the soil life creates a beautiful rough foundation. The application of leaf mulch around the tree or in the watering spots suppresses weeds and as such the soil is better able to retain fluids.
