Edging systems

To prevent damage and loose surface elements, hardened surfaces are often enclosed.

There are various types of edgings available. It is important to include a good system for draining rainwater. The edging system can be combined with a drainage system.

Examples of edging systems (with or without drainage systems) are:

  • Roundabout edgings
  • Edgings and kerbs
  • Barriers

Machine construction requires a minimum curve radius of 4 metres. Key edgings and other connections can be made manually.

The lifespan of edgings and barriers is at least 30 years. Maintenance requirements are minimal.
